New national park set to boost creek management after proposed sale of iconic dam

A group of local environmentalists has made it known for years that they plan to sue President Trump over the proposed sale of the iconic dam on the western shore of Lake Erie.

“It is unacceptable for Trump to take part in the final deal to sell the Lake Erie Dam. It is against the law to sell the Dam or interfere with its management — that is why we will continue until it is sold,” said Frank Mascarpone, president of Friends of the Buffalo Creek, a local conservation group that filed suit in 2010 against Trump’s bid to buy the dam.

Trump is scheduled to take the oath of office next week.

But some in the environmental community, who had already argued against a Trump takeover of the Buffalo Creek and have raised objections to his sup예스카지노port for the controversial Keystone XL pipeline, believe that the president is unlikely to join them in their lawsuit, which is at the urging of state officials.

One of those officials, the Buffalo Riverkeeper’s Association, announced it on Thursday it is joining Trump in the우리카지노 lawsuit filed in federal court against Trump. And state Department of Natural Resources officials said the department will respond to the lawsuit if Trump joins it.

The Buffalo Creek is located apronxalong the western shore of the Lake Erie, and its floodplains are the primary drainage for the lake. Trump is proposing to sell it for $400 million for 10 years. The sale also would involve a $2 billion loan.

The water quality on both sides of the creek has deteriorated significantly, according to government data compiled by The New York Times, a prominent daily newspaper.
